Terms and Conditions for "Win a Celcius IceBath" Competition
Thank you for your interest in entering our competition! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating.
1. Competition Organizer
This competition is organized by Nordic Wellness ("we," "us," "our"), located at 1/68 andrew street, Wynnum QLD.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Nordic Wellness and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, complete the entry form on our website by providing your full name and email address. By entering, you agree to receive promotional communications from Nordic Wellness.
4. Prize
The prize is a Celcius Ice Bath with a 1hp chiller, valued at AUD $9,995.
The prize includes freight of the Celsius Ice Bath and Chiller to an address in Australia.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
5. Competition Period
Entries open on 10/11/2024 and close at 11:59 am on November 10, 2025 (AEDT).
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random on November 10, 2025, and announced via Facebook Live at 12:00 pm (AEST) on the Nordic Wellness Facebook page.
The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days after the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, you agree to allow Nordic Wellness to use your name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes if you win, without further compensation.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. The information you provide will only be used for competition and marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Your details are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Nordic Wellness and its employees and agents will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this competition or use of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
