Terms & Conditions – Nordic Wellness

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
While we take care to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occur. If a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a genuine error, Nordic Wellness reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at that price. Customers will be notified immediately, and any payment will be refunded in full.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full or in part where a deposit option is available.
Nordic Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if we cannot supply the product as advertised due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery is included to most of Australian cities and to accessible locations, subject to freight provider availability.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. While we work with reputable freight companies, Nordic Wellness is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
If freight companies are unable to service a particular address at a fair and reasonable cost, Nordic Wellness will notify the customer promptly and offer alternatives such as:
1. Delivery via a specialist freight provider with additional charges,
2. Collection from our Closest warehouse, or
3. A full refund of the purchase price.
Nordic Wellness will not be liable for compensation beyond the refund of amounts paid if delivery cannot be fulfilled.

Customers may cancel an order prior to dispatch and receive a full refund. Except in the case of sale items or customised orders where deposits are non-refundable.
If Nordic Wellness cannot deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
In addition to your rights under the ACL, Nordic Wellness offers the following warranties:
- Lifetime structural warranty,
- 5 years on heaters,
- 12 months on speakers and control panels (unless otherwise stated).
Warranty periods commence from the date of delivery.

Should a component fail outside its warranty period, Nordic Wellness may supply replacement parts at cost price (as documented at the time).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nordic Wellness is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from delays, pricing errors, or inability to deliver.
Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product purchased, in line with the ACL.

Promotional offers (including free delivery, discounts, or bundled items) apply only during the advertised period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
