How long does it take to heat up?
Haven heats up fast, typically 10–20 minutes, depending on the season and outside temperature.
How does Haven handle storms?
Haven is built for Australian weather. Mechanical roof tie-downs, a secure locking door system and a watertight exterior help keep everything secure and the weather out so you don’t have to stress every time a storm rolls in.
Is it made for outdoors?
Absolutely. Haven is a true outdoor sauna, engineered to live outside year-round without needing a cover or shelter. Its premium alloy exterior is built to handle the elements with little to no exterior maintenance required.
Why are your heaters better?
Our PureWave Mica heaters combine high intensity mid-Far infrared heat for rapid heat up plus precisely tuned 6–12 micron far-infrared output . Closely aligned with the wavelengths naturally emitted by the human body.
The result is powerful radiant heat, intense sweat sessions and the full-body infrared experience Haven was designed around science.
How do i look after my sauna?
We’ve designed your sauna to be low to no maintenance. The exterior is already finished and protected for outdoor use, so there’s no ongoing maintenance required which a typical timber sauna requires.
Inside, we recommend sitting on a towel during use and giving any excess sweat or moisture a quick wipe with a damp towel afterwards. This simple habit will help keep the internal timbers looking pristine for years to come.
Over time give the heater cloth a wipe down to remove excess dust.
How long is my warranty?
The Haven F*ck up deal comes with 24 months warranty. Extended Warranties can be purchased at the time of purchase.
Do you have local support?
Absolutely, it’s something we pride ourselves on. With years in the sauna industry, we’ve built an extensive Australian support network. Most importantly, we stock our spare parts locally in Brisbane, so you’re not stuck waiting months on end for parts to arrive from overseas. Even if you are rural, we have a way to service you.
What’s not included in my warranty?
Our warranty doesn’t cover insurable events or damage outside our control, such as cyclones, flooding, falling trees, fire or other extreme weather events. These are generally matters for your home or property insurance rather than a product warranty.
Do you offer delivery
We sure do! When checking out our system will work out the delivery cost for you. If your suburb doesn't show just reach out and we will check it for you.
Prefer to collect? Your sauna can be picked up from our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne depots.
Do you install?
We sure do! With professional installers Australia-wide, we can take care of the entire sauna installation for you. Installation averages around $750, including setup and removal of all packaging and rubbish. Some Sales events include install to certain areas. Please contact us to if you have a question.
Are they hard to install myself?
If you have basic handyman skills, Haven is straightforward to install. We provide detailed step-by-step instructions, and you’ll need two people for the installation. If DIY isn’t your thing or you have little to no handyman experience, we recommend using one of our professional installers.
Please note a licensed electrician is required to install your power point so the sauna can plug into.
what kind of base do i need?
We recommend a solid, stable and level base such as concrete, compacted pavers or decking. The more level the base, the easier it is to square and install your sauna correctly. We can use packers to compensate for up to 20mm of fall, but anything greater should be levelled before installation. Sola should never be installed directly on dirt, grass or in areas prone to flooding.
how much space do i need?
One of Haven’s advantages is its space saving design. It can be installed almost flush against walls on either side. Your base should be at least 1520mm W × 1220mm D, this allows 10mm clearance each side of the slab. Please allow 40mm clearance at the rear of the sauna to any walls or structures for the power cable.
The roof measures 1560mm W × 1380mm D, so allow for this around overhead structures or high walls. For safe installation, we recommend at least 2300mm height clearance.

What sort of power point do i need??
Haven comes pre-wired with a standard 20A flat-pin, IP66-rated plug.
If you don’t already have a 20A GPO, a licensed electrician will need to install a dedicated outlet.
The power lead is 4.5 metres long, but we recommend positioning the outlet within 3 metres of the sauna.

Is Haven certified to Australian standards?
Absolutely. Haven is designed specifically for the Australian market and uses Australian certified electrical components.
The Haven is certified to AS/NZS 60335.1 and AS/NZS 60335.2.53 and holds relevant SAA certification.
