A: The Sauna comes in Thermo and black paint is included to either go all black, partial black or leave it in thermo. The choice is yours.

A: Absolutely. Step-by-step instructions are included for DIY installation ( we do offer install).

A: This model is specifically designed for Outdoor use, unlike others this does not require a cover or to be udner a roof. SOLÉ is built for the true outdoors..

Q: Does it require special wiring?
A: Yes the heater needs to be connected by a licensed Electrican.

Q: How do I maintain my sauna?
A: Simple—no chemicals needed. Just a damp cloth after every use to wipe away the sweat, Exterior maintence is required.

Keeping your Nordic Sauna in top condition is easy. With regular cleaning and simple maintenance after each use, you’ll ensure it continues to perform at its best. We recommend always using a towel on the bench and floor and always remove sweat from timbers after each session.

FOR HOME USE
After each session, wipe down the interior surfaces to prevent residue buildup. We recommend using a damp cloth ( no chemicals). Clean the glass doors and control panel every 1–2 weeks. Inspect the heater monthly for dust and clean stones when needed. Let Sauna dry out after steamy session.

Our range features premium natural and sustainable Thermowood, known for its natural heat retention and long lasting durability. These high-quality nontoxic materials enhance energy efficiency and longevity. Please re-stain outer timber when signs of fading occurs to protect the timber from the elements.

All silicon works needs to be checked regularly and redone when required

Sauna must not be installed in areas that flood, or have poor drainage. The sauna must be on a stable base away from moisture.
